Fred your point about the story of persephone is well taken. I agree.
Suffering is also the other side of the coin of compassion.. a great teacher. though I do not encourage people seek it. Enough finds us without going that far!
Thanks for your comments on that poem.
Blessings,
Isis

Hi Fred. I just saw the poem and the paintings that connect to that page.
Thanks for sharing these and I left comments. Any thoughts you have to share on your insights into the fire behind our underlying the fire would be of interest!
Hope things are going well and are peaceful and hope you are enjoying your journey.
Bright Blessings,
Isis

Thank you Fred. The original version is more precisely what I felt about Van Gogh. A very gifted guide and fine teacher commented and so I looked again and rewrote part and like it too.. but the other version is close to my heart and most true to my vision of Van Gogh.. yet the other words do apply as well.
The subatomic aspect.. I understand what you mean about the fire but I feel the fire that underlies the fire and that is what I am seeing and feeling that he saw that too.. the sun that lights all the suns in the universe. That light of the great central sun.. that started it all going and the light behind that light! Worlds within worlds.
I will get back to you when I have more time and have had a look at what you left for me to see. Thank you so much for your comments.
Bright Blessings,
Isis

Fred I just saw your comment on my poem Questions.. Love is the ultimate answer.. Love, Divine Love, this binds the atoms ...holds the planets in their orbits around the Sun... is that which sustains the whole universe. Without Divine Love we would not exist. I will answer in greater detail but yes I have found some of the answers. They all lead to the Divine. To a life of service, to love, to sending healing to the world.
Diversity in my religious path has been essential. I believe in the validity and truth of the worlds great religions even the ancient so called "pagan" traditions which at the root believe in the One. All emanate from the One including the great Archangels and angels... some may call Gods of the older religions. The Great Teachers and Prophets of the world speak to me. I find at the root they teach the same thing.
What a great question and my favorite on Gather so far! Blessings, Isis

Kalimera to my griend from South Africa! It is such a beautiful hot today here in Athens and I came here to thank you for the kind words and not forgetting me.
I am sending you the breeze of the sea ( wil go shortly and think of you) and the soft wishper of the wind.
In love and light may all we live!
